Our advertising promotion is a great-tasting, low-calorie, heart-healthy meal prepared fresh for you and your family. This fun and educational meal will serve up to eight people. This meal is at no cost to you as a part of our promotion. There are no gimmicks or catches.

Smart Cooking Will:
- Prepare a complete, healthy and nutritional meal while sharing valuable nutritional information.
- Furnish ALL the food.
- Arrive 20-30 minutes early to set up.
- Clean up after ourselves.
Your Only Requirements:
- Furnish plates and utensils.
- Furnish a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.
- Enjoy the meal.
- Fill out a short questionnaire on how you liked the food and how it was prepared.

1. Why would you give away a meal? What's the catch?
For advertising purposes; so that the next time you think about cooking products or classes, you will think about Smart Cooking: Colorado Springs.
2. Do we have to buy anything?
Absolutely not! You do not have to buy anything or sign up for anything.
3. May I invite others to my dinner show?

5. What If I Need To Reschedule or Cancel?
PLEASE DO NOT RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL
YOUR DINNER SHOW!!
Unless there is an emergency situation, we ask that you keep your commitment to host the show on your scheduled date. Our Consultants are paid based on the number of shows they cook and a last-minute cancellation puts them out of work and can mean the potential loss of very large bonuses. No matter what, our consultant is committed and will be there to cook a wonderful meal for you and your family. We simply ask for the same level of commitment from you. So PLEASE do not reschedule or cancel your dinner show!!
